We believe that our experiences matter. In a world where the most sensational and superficial stories often win, we build on depth, nuance and time well spent - substance over packaging.

The name BRANDMONKEES is a nod to the phrase "to monkey around with s.b. ", which means to hang out with someone, to monkey around, to fool around or to waste time. We spend our time with design and brands and immerse ourselves in the subject matter, even in seemingly stupid questions. What may seem like a waste of time to some, is time well spent with valuable insights for us.

The misspelling with two 'ee's follows the same idea as the 60s band 'The Monkees', who followed the trend of the time with misspellings: Beatles instead of Beetles, Byrds instead of Birds.
